5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping is available across Kerala and serviceable areas in India, with estimated delivery between 3-7 business days. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Please review our return, refund, and cancellation policy pages for complete details. Returns are accepted on unused items within 7 days of delivery. Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours if the order has not shipped. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
