Order Cancellations

• You can request cancellation of your order within 24 hours after placing it, provided it has not yet shipped.

Cancellation Approval & Refunds

• Once you contact us, our staff will confirm the cancellation if the order has not shipped.

• Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipped Orders

• If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy to return items for a refund.

Special Cases

• Custom orders or products marked as “non-cancellable” may not be cancelled after production or processing starts. Ask our team for details before placing such orders.
