Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Custom-made, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return

Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Our team will respond with approval and instructions for shipping the product back.
Refunds
On receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order number for priority support and free replacement/refund.
Cancellations
